It seems like everyone blogs. Both my daughters and countless friends and acquaintances have the most beautiful blogs and I thought since I'm quarantined at home with the flu, I'd give it a shot. Unfortunatley, I have nothing profound to say: I'm not as articulate as my youngest daughter or as gifted aesthetically as my eldest. But I am of great value to my Savior and to Him be the glory for all I do and say.

For starters, let me introduce myself and my family. I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ first and foremost. I am a wife to an unbelievably faithful, hardworking and kind man, Garry; the mother of two beautiful women, Anne and Paige; the mother-in-law of Gene and Trevor, of whom I am undoubtably proud; a teacher of the Arts, to which I direct an inordinate amount of time and passion, and a friend to my extended family and other loved ones. Those descriptors pretty much sum up my life in terms of priorities.
